I couldn’t get in at my regular doctor and really needed to be seen I was so nervous but my nurse, Ms. Lisa and Dr. Philip made me feel so comfortable and so cared for. Highly recommend

I really enjoy going to see my Doctor which is Dr. S. Jacob! She takes time to explain my issues so I can know the importance of my health! Her staff is awesome plus her nurse is the best flu shot giver ever.....

I specifically searched for a doctor in the wilson area who specialized in obesity. After some research i decided on Dr. Jacobs office and am so glad i did. She is a very smart and kind. Her staff was also polite and knowledgeable. I left her office feeling more positive about my overall health. I encourage anyone seeking a primary physician to consider Dr. Jacobs!

I switched to Dr. Jacob and I am very happy I did. She takes her time and answers all questions. They respond in a timely fashion to request of medicine refills. The receptionist is also polite and each time I called called back with answers to my questions. The doctor will also give you recommendations regarding your healthcare and not just throw a pill at you. In my opinion she cares about her patient's health.

I've been very happy with the care and advice provided by Dr. Jacob. She takes time and listens, and is very thoughtful with her responses. I've never had a long wait to be seen. She is primary care for both my 81 year old mother as well as myself. We are both pleased with the service we've received.

Dr Jacob, Tina, & Jo Anne are very professional & very nice. We have been going to her for awhile, my husband was in ICU and needed a follow up appointment his Dr. couldn't see him for 6 weeks, I called Dr Jacobs office and they scheduled him in 2 days, and we have been seeing her ever since. If I had one complaint it wouldn't be the office it would have to be the way they switch nurses, & office people around. I like a Drs office where the employees know you and you don't have to tell your history to new people all the time.

I was excited I was going to see this doctor after reading the reviews... talk about lies, deceit, and manipulation.. places like this are the reason google.needs to implement negative reviews, or atleast let us give them a 0. I would not recommend believing these reviews talking about how great they are because the hospital sent me here after going into clonic tonic seizures at Wendy's and being transported in an ambulance to the emergency room. Never had seizures in my 51 years of living until after I hit my head from an unfortunatle fall a year ago.. this is the second time and apparently I hit all kinds of things because I have a huge lump on my forehead still a week later, still having bad headaches and still nauseous. Now a week later I am here for a 10:30 appointment, granted I arrrived at 10:33 did paperwork and sat until 11:10 when the receptionist called me up front and advised they would have to reschedule for next month.. and im going to leave this at that because my words would be unprofessional and unacceptable because I am truly sick and tired of the medcial industry not taking care of patients..choose this dr.s office at your own risk, I wouldn't advise bringing a rat here.. thats how impressed I was.I just am baffled that that is how they treat a referral from an emergency resulting in a trip to the emergency room... thanks for wiasting my time Wilson Medical system as a whole...****RETURNING TO EDIT **** I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THEIR DIRECTOR MRS. SIMMS WHO MADE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THIS EXPERIENCE WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT TO HER EXPECTATIONS. SHE IMMEDIATELY SET ME AN APPOINTMENT UP AT ANOTHER LOCATION, WILSON NEW HOPE PRIMARY WHERE I SAW CATHERINE MELIN.. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH A MULTITUDE OF DR.S FROM AN INJURY OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DR. I HAVE SEEN IN SEVERAL YEARS.. SHE ADDRESSED EVERY CONCERN I HAD AS WELL AS BEGAN IMMEDIATE TREATMENT. SENT ME FOR AN X RAY THAT SAME DAY AND DID FULL PANEL BLOOD WORK. NOT
